Project: Spotify Concierge (2018 to 2023)

While working at 2 Degrees in LA, I led the Spotify Concierge Program, an exclusive, invitation-only tier designed for influencers, celebrities, and tastemakers. This program offered a VIP white-glove experience, including personalized product demonstrations from Concierge Product Experts, tailored tips and tricks, and comprehensive education on maximizing Spotify for fan engagement. Key features included strategic playlisting and social sharing.
The program emphasized VIP treatment, providing members with exclusive event invites, campaign-specific gifts, and privileged access to Spotify's offices and podcast studios. Through ongoing engagement, we built a network of influential advocates who actively promoted Spotify within their circles.
Our goal was to transform influencers into genuine brand advocates, leveraging Spotify's accessibility to encourage organic sharing and campaign participation. Under my leadership, the program grew to over 3,000 members, generating significant social media buzz, press headlines, and bolstering Spotify's marketing efforts. The Concierge program became a crucial link between Spotify and the broader entertainment industry, extending beyond musicians to include various entertainment sectors.
